  • Menu items are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to substitute or withdraw any item at any time.
  • Prices displayed on the website may differ from current in-cafe pricing. In-cafe prices are final.
  • Our kitchen serves hot food until 15:00 (3:00 PM) daily. The cafe is open 08:30–16:00, Monday to Sunday.

4. Telephone & Collection Orders

We offer a call-ahead ordering service for collection. When placing a telephone order:

  • Orders are accepted subject to availability and kitchen capacity at the time of your call.
  • Payment is due in full on collection at the cafe. We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.
  • We cannot guarantee a fixed collection time but will provide an estimated time on your call.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

5. Third-Party Delivery Platforms

Richard's Cafe is also available for delivery via Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat. Orders placed through these platforms are subject to the respective platform's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for delivery delays, errors, or disputes arising from orders placed via third-party platforms. All complaints regarding delivery orders should be directed to the relevant platform in the first instance.

6. Allergens & Dietary Information

Important Notice

Our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including all 14 major allergens as defined by UK food law. While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens.

  • If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or dietary requirement, please inform a member of staff before ordering.
  • Dietary labels on our menu (e.g. "Vegan", "Vegetarian") are provided in good faith but may be subject to ingredient changes.
  • Richard's Cafe accepts no liability for any allergic reaction or dietary incident where allergen information was not requested in advance.
